Wakes up, "Where am I?" Walks around a little. "Doesnt look familiar to me."

The Grotesquery looks at the puny human before it. It didn't comprehend what was going on. It wasn't capable of that level of thought. All it knew was that it was its nature to destroy. The Grotesquery swung an oversized fist at Matt.

OOC: Use proper punctuation and capitalization.

Ducks "Wasnt expecting that he would greet me with a fist". Whips out wand "Stay back".

OOC: Like I said, use punctuation correctly. If you don't learn proper grammar by the end of this match, I'm afraid I'll have to disqualify you. And what do you mean "Wasn't expecting that."? This is a fight. Use your common sense.

The Grotesquery merely stared. The insignificant figure had pulled out a stick of some sort, but it didn't care. It struck again, trying to impale Matt with the stinger on its wrist.

Matt: "Well i can tell me has brawn, but how much brain." casts a spell directed towards the unknown figure.

OOC: Slightly better. Use a capital letter at the beginning of each sentence, capitalize the word "I", and stop doing this.
Matt:

By the way, don't be so corny. No offense.
Specify what the spell does.

The Grotesquery was intrigued. The small figure was waving the stick in the air for no apparent reason. It became even more interested as it saw some sort of wave headed right toward it. The Grotesquery made no attempt to move out of the way.

OOC: i was a bit suprised actually when it was you i was facing.

"Strange, but it doesnt seem to actually know what i did." said matt as he backed away a little

OOC: Throughout this entire battle, I will be telling you the grammatical mistakes you make so that you can fix them.
Capitalize whenever you use the word "I".
Put a punctuation mark at the end of each sentence, a period, a question mark, or an exclamation point.
Capitalize "matt".
Don't monologue.
By the way, if I attack you and you don't post a dodge, it is automatically assumed that my attack hit you.

The Grotesquery was pleased. The battle had barely started and his query was already showing signs of fear and weakness. It pressed the advantage, unraveling his left arm and sending multiple claw-tipped strands slashing at Matt.

"Ok this may be harder than i thought" thought Matt. casts another spell while dodging the claws

Tell what the spell does. If you don't start following this advice, nobody will want to RP with you.

Grotesquery ignored... whatever it was that Matt just did. He followed up his attack with a stream of acid from the back of his right hand.

"protego" said Matt, using the deflective spell on the acid.
