you can also turn the shield on, grab someone and get some free damage onto them with the shield and pummels before you throw

reasons to use sheik's down air:
throw your opponent off since the move sucks so much

I have yet to see someone use Leaf shield to do something less than everything that's clearly obvious or actually useful

Because it only has so many uses.

Like I said, use it off the edge to cancel their recovery. That's the most useful thing it can do.

Leaf Shield is a useful projectile since it can jelp you read your opponenets movements wether they jump, spot dodge, or shield it.

I'd throw it out near them to bait whatever they're going to do and punish.

Not that O play megaman but im assuming that's its best use.

I'm a Mega Man main and I can confirm that as of right now, leaf shield as a projectile has absolutely no ways of punishing, grabs or follow ups.

I don't really know to much about the leaf shield I don't use Mega Man at all and I don't really like characters that are mainly have to be used for projectiles like Mega Man,Duck Hunt, Pac Man even

I didn't say use Leaf Shield to punish grabs, I said use it as a baiting tool LOL.

Just imagine if they where to add ice climbers back into smash 4. It would actually make me want to play as them.

That can happen if they put them as a single entity or just how RosaLuma works.

nana has a lot of other stuff going on though. luma is very little compared to nana. she has a complex AI, a more detailed model, and her own physics. luma is very simple compared to nana.

besides, both of these ways of going about it takes away the whole gimmick of the icies. the whole neat thing was that nana was still separate from popo. their actions are timed differently and she has other tidbits going on that make her more of a partner than a puppet. doing the latter approach makes rosaluma less unique AND still doesn't capture the Icies

making them a single entity ruins the Icies as a whole. they lose their defining characteristic and they would become a very, very generic character.
