Just...what happened to this thread? I like this show. I find that it's very fun and well put together. And despite the fact that the source material is something as girly as My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic manages to defy this; it's not overly girly, instead providing something that can be entertaining for a much wider target audience. And it's clearly succeeded in this with the huge periphery demographic this show has. And guys, it's one thing to not like the show because you don't like the show. That's fine, people like different things. But to say you hate both the show and everyone who likes it simply because "it's a kids' show and only kids should watch it; everyone else who watches it is a crazy manchild..." The only issue with the argument is that it specifies manchildren, little girls, and adults. None of whom are relevant to the argument, as these people interested in a "show for little girls and their parents" (Faust) are clearly teenage boys. Therefore, said argument is null and void. If this was really needed, a new topic could have been created for the purpose.
