Well I edited the head slightly (from Angel's edit), shading on the face as well as the hairstyle to emulate what it looked like what trying to be done. I could be wrong, it was just for fun.

Thanks. My hair looked kinda hard to resprite over and over again, so yours may save some time. I'll add yours and Anjel's edit in the OP just to see what others think.

I'll leave some stuff for you to dwell on then.

Lux's anatomy is all over the place, but you are working on that,
She's got disproportionally large breasts for a small and off center waist, in a presumably realistic setting.
The shading defining her breasts need to be softer. Use dark purple rather than near black blue.
Her arms look segmented, like a puppet, and are pillowed along with the leg pattern.

As for Spoiler, It's just an opinion, but I'm not a huge fan of his design. Mostly the neon green for a presumably vilainous character. It has potential, but needs work.
His anatomy is also pretty bad. I would recommend trying a new technique for a base.

Are you actually looking for feedback on the designs Sage? I've got one or two cents I'd like to share with you as well but I can imagine that you'd rather have us help you with the sprites rather then designs.

The only three characters that will get the highest priority will be Lux, Win, and Zatara.

Lux is first since I actually like what I did with her sprite.

Been awhile since I posted here. Well, I'm going to be fooling around with effects for a bit. I haven't really made any effects before, but I've looked at a lot, so I'd to see if I've got a basic idea.

This is a heavy punch motion blur that's going to be edited to look more electric like, but slightly smoother. I'd like opinions on how smooth the animation looks since I'm new to this.

Also, I think that I'm going to change the name to something more, to my tastes. Acts of Violence doesn't really seem to suit me for some reason.

hmm, the effect seems to start out big and then get smaller.
maybe it would look a bit better if it started out small and then got bigger, and then smaller again;
almost as if the power built up and got to it's peak for the hit, and then died down naturally.

...unless I'm wrong and it actually happens the way you sprited it in fighting games
If so, then ignore me haha
