Decided to animate it. Gonna finish it faster that Zero's, since it's easier to animate than I expected.

I prolly went overboard with the hair, but I like how everything else turned out.

I figured people would think as much. The way the hips are angled is based on a fighting stance from Ash from KOF 2003. I'm gonna change his shirt and hair color too. The hair is gonna be black, but I'm not sure about the hair. Also, I made his head and face masculine. You'll have to look up close to see it, but the chin sticks out.

Looks good, really alive, but try to correct those hands, look really strange if they are human. I suggest you don't outline the fingers, just make the hand smaller and define the fingers with the shading

If anyone was wondering, I was trying to shorten the hands on the attempt on the left and failed.

Still need to shade and figure out a hairstyle, but I think everything else is looking A-ok in my end. The outlined areas are used as guides so I won't get confused, if you guys are wondering.

Btw, the 'male' is gonna be female now, simply cause dem hips and hair lol.

also if your changing the gender of the antagonist make her face more feminine.

New protagonist on the bottom. I think I made the fists kinda small, but I'll you guys determine that. Revamp of this old crappy thing.


Started to shade Ulrica's Idle.


And a few attack poses. The first one I already shaded for my mockup, and the second one I'm confused on. It's Iori for KOF's Crouching Heavy Punch, and the head and arm on our right is a shear pain to do properly. Her fighting style will basically be like Yamcha's Wolf Fang Fist style, since I really liked his moves in the DBZ games.

Also gonna redesign these Sprites For the game as well.

Gonna make a little After and Before pic to show off the differences.

The character at the top is a guy. The 'dress' is a robe made from Medieval Chain Armor. I don't know how I'm gonna shade it to look chain armor, though.
