In all seriousness, Marth doesn't really do rushdown. Side B is often unsafe on shield. You can't mixup anything out of it except maybe grab, by doing 1, 2, or 3 hits then grabbing. That's laggy, maybe reactable even. Marth has no other mixups out of side B because nothing is safe on shield unless tippered.
Counter loses to all of MM's neutral tools expect ftilt and maybe nair (projectile, other projectile, 3rd projectile, projectile jab, jump/movement all beat counter).

Here's what I have tried:
- Dash dance: I can't get around water wave/ftilt. Someone with better spacing might, but neutral B seems impossible to deal with using dash dance (besides DI/SDI away, which sucks too)
- Spacing aerials. This doesn't work because swords don't outrange projectiles.
- Camp MM. This worked once, but it's lame, and a one trick pony.
- Fullhop with double jump, fastfall, aerial sideB mixups. I had some success with this. Close games, though I lost them all. I would need a better punish game, since this mixup I feel favors MM.
- Bait bad sideBs. Works only against bad players. This sometimes leads to an edgeguard, which I need work on, or a combo, which I also need work. If the combo is a tad loose, MM uses sideB and gets out.

Stuff I haven't tried that might have potential:
- Tomahawks.
- Hax$ strat.
- Roll & Spotdodge.
- Play on a stage with platforms (seriously, I play with random legal stages, and I've never fought MM on a stage besides waiting room and ToS)
- Overshoot nair.
- RAR bair.
- For edgeguards, sideB second hit side > up or rising nair to break armor.
- Get him to jump somehow, then punish the landing.

I don't mind if Marth loses the matchup. He deserves tough opponents. But I have faith in this game's balance (besides Samus). There should be something I'm missing that I can do.

Does anyone have a video or replay of high level Megaman play, because I do not feel like I am using all his tools, or utilizing them to their full potential. I just want to get an idea of what a high level Megaman does, what options are preferred etc.

It doesn't have to be top level tournament play, just higher than an online spamming scrub such as myself

Yeah I still prefer his old D-Smash, not only because it's a more useful move overall but his new one is like the 3rd fire based move in his moveset (along with F-Tilt and B-Air). I want me more weapon variety

I think Mega Man's Up-B is way too short

Also I think you should add Bass and Proto Man or Dr.Wily

Also Proto Man can have Proto Strike but Bass might as well use his Rapid Shot
