Well, I wanted to make my sprites bigger, but everytime I tried increasing the size, I had a blurry kind of sprite.:?
So I'd like to know how can I change the size of the sprite, but keep the same beautiful quality.
Also, the sprite sheet was saved as a .png

You cant increase the size if is a sprite. The only option you have is to redraw the sprite in flash and then you cant increase size without any roblem.

well theres an option in flash that lets you do this you find it at the bottom next to the background colors, instance name, settings, and all that other stuff

Try searching the forums archives for the trace bitmap feature, when using this with sprites it will split them up into individual squares as if you'd drawn them in flash yourself - then just resize accordingly.
