Code:
#include <stdio.h>
using namespace std;

void main(){
      cout >> "Hello World" >> endl;
}

That should work.

I know how to program in BASIC and Visual BASIC 6 (vb6). B.A.S.I.C. is Begginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code

I only know one code in GML (if_distance_obj(me)=#)

I just got Flash CS3, MX 2004, and an EBook on AS3 though. I'm using it for a megaman game and a fighter.

If you can do HTML and PHP, you should learn CSS.

I do know a little about CSS, as I had a phpBB before, but I don't bother scripting webpages no more. Maybe I can get into it one day, since I got Dreamweaver CS3.

I know, I've seen examples, and it looks basically like setting variables on pages.

I know...
HTML, ActionScript 2.0, enough PHP to read it, a little Visual Basic(2008)

I want to learn C++ and CSS(which, hopefully Thai is right about how easy it is)

Code:
int main(){
    printf("I know a very tiny bit of C.");
    msleep(2000);
    printf("How much, you ask?");
    msleep(5000);
    printf("This is about it.");
    msleep(3000);
    return 0;
}

I also know how to program in Alice, but I'm pretty sure Alice is made to be easy to program in.

It's a free 3D movie + game programming thingimajigger, I think it's actually based on Python or Java, but whatever, and you can find it right here.

Alice has its own file extensions, they're called .a2w for "worlds" and .a2c for objects.
