I use the game pad, but use the wiimote with nunchuck sometimes when my brothers are playing. Both are fine.

I try to play a different character and vehicle every race or grand prix. but out of all vehicles i would say yoshi bike > bowser kit. i just use whatever wheels would benefit my wait class most

My go-to online combo has been Iggy > Sport Bike > Purple Slick > Super Glider. I've never been under second with this set.
