I was in the User Control Panel earlier and there was an option to change the board style. Well, when I say there was an option, I mean there was a place to change style. However with the total number of styles being one, is there any point of having the option to change style?

By having one style, they DID remove the option. This is a pointless change, just ignore the option... :/

The same goes with language change - there is only British English. Since (and I think I speak for everybody when I say this) we don't want people talking in other languages for the sake of understanding, should that be removed? The styles could get away with staying if more get created but languages?

Again - if it has only one option, then you have no reason to mess with it. It's unnecessary to remove it, it's a waste of time and effort.

It wasn't made; it's part of phpBB, smart one. Getting rid of it is pointless when you could just ignore it. It's not obstructing your experience, but merely extending your scroll time by about .2 seconds

1) Sorry, I don't know forums on the top of my hand, but I probably bet that you can get rid of it.
2) If it increases my scroll time by .000000000000000000000000000001 seconds, it is still obstructing my experience (by .000000000000000000000000000001 seconds to be precise)

I know why it should be removed: It's silly and unprofessional.
