A really fun video game race is where you play through the 8 bosses of any given Mega Man game, but before the race you randomise the order, so everyone has to do it in that order. Takes a bit more flexibility than just a regular old speedrun where you just do it in the most opportune order.

if you mean the public games then yeah there are a bunch of turbo nerds who play it all day in there
