I actually don't mind the ninjas too much in general, and honestly the most annoying part of FE: Fates was actually Before Awakening.
Funnily enough, my main issues were with the Ninjas/Master Ninjas that had Lunge, as well as the Lissa AI that was just straight up suicidal. It was often the case that Lissa would wander straight into the Ninja ranges, and get KO'd very quickly on the enemy phase because the Ninja's would Lunge her into another Ninja's range. Having Ninjas was fun, fighting them...well...I did try and bring people with as much skill as possible. I said I wasn't going to get it, but it was on sale for £27 and a different store was also offering £27 if you traded it in so it was technically free lol Used copy too so it's not like Nintendo got any of my money for it |

Yep. Fighting Ninjas are the most annoying thing ever because they seem to be the most RNG blessed. Before Awakening actually wasn't that bad for me since I do it early because of the dumb Poison Strike/Lunge combo.
There's a reason why CQ Chapter 17 is dubbed the Ninja Rape Cave. I stayed up for hours on that thing, and it's the main reason why I can't stand fighting Ninjas.
