I need to download a new program, and I need advice

Ok, I need to download a new program that can download RAR files, (I found a cool Kingdom Hearts Mugen game on the internet.) but I need some people's advice on a good program to download those files.

Wait, do you mean extract RAR files or download RAR files? For the former, use WinRAR, for the latter, get MoFi and the DownThemAll plugin. _________________  |

I'm pretty sure that it's extract, but is WinRAR free, or do you have to give them any info? |

You have to pay but for me, it gives me a pop-up that says WinRAR is not a free program, buy or remove it from your computer.
I don't do either  |
