Not sure how unless you're stupid enough to recover that close to the ledge with Cloud.

Recovering low against villager is never a good idea. Especially when your cloud if you get hit off your second jump your pretty much dead.

That's why you throw a Blade Beam first so you still glide to the ledge somewhat while putting something in their way.

Since Cloud moves slightly to the direction you're recovering so space it so that a Villager can't just walk by and Fsmash you, if Blade Beam doesn't work you can stall your recovery with Side B. But treat Cloud's recovery options like Dk and save your second jump for the right times.
