Connecting a Wii U Pro Controller to the new release of SSF2

I connected my Wii U Pro Controller via bluetooth to my Macbook pro and everything's fine except I can't input any controls in the settings. The Controller pops up but aside from the radius and dead zone things (don't understand too much on that) there's not much. Any ideas?

I used this for connecting my Yoshi Fight Pad (Connects to wiimote). When you do this, it makes a wii remote a game controller and you can select it for SSF2 and even other games if they have joystick support.
