Hell no. Unless you have a bunch of friends getting it nah, doesn't help that the most lively version is the PS4 game, I can barley find ranked matches because of how dead it is on PS3.

And Term Joseph wasn't done any sort of justice in this game, he's slow, and doesn't have many safe attacks on block or any really good pokes he's awful in this game along with Jonathan.

I am gonna buy Eyes of Heaven

All Star Battle had so much love put into it but I don't like traditional fighters much

And now that I'm reading the manga especially I'm excited about that one
