your motherboard is at most two years old wtf did you do to it.

Also, I can't see a graphics card on that spec list, yet you have a 1000 watt power supply.

w/e, any Z68 chipset motherboard should fit your needs fine. That case can take both ATX and micro-ATX boards. Also, is this the full spec list? I'm pretty darned sure there's a GPU component somewhere in that list. Right now, I would recommend the Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3-iSSD, unless you have some kind of weird GPU setup going.

Well if I'm reading this right you have this motherboard:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/produc ... id=3897#ov

2 major points you'll want to make sure are in your new motherboard:
- LGA1155 Socket for your CPU
- Support for your current RAM (doesn't seem to be listed, but I'm guessing something that supports DDR3 2133/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules)

Although I'd be careful going about replacing all of this. It looks like you had someone else put this together for you. Are you confident you can replace the motherboard without harming anything else? Are you absolutely sure the motherboard is fried? If you did fry it, do you know what happened and how to prevent it from happening again? I notice you have a liquid cooling system installed. Not something I would have put in, but to each his own. Will you be able to put that back together without spilling coolant all over your hardware?
