Yes, I've tested it against a human opponent that doesn't move, and I re-installed Crusade to make sure it wasn't a bug.
However, I can land moves as Lucario, but only if I'm standing right next to them.
In the air, no hits land for me.
I guess I can wait until 0.8 to main Lucario...

in air is tricky, i've missed a few times, u gotta time it right. once u got the timing down then you'll be able to destroy your opponents

heck ya, i'm gonna be using ridley once i unlock him. But if i ever get the chance for online, i won't be using ridley thats for sure, i'd probably use young/toon link or lucario

The first thing I'm gonna do when 0.8 comes out is either try to unlock everything or play online with people.

No, only because I don't use them.
In Crusade, I only use Saki, Meta Knight, Knuckles, Sonic, and Bomberman.

rapid succession, u can use all his moves in rapid succession.

But, knowing me, I mostly like to battle using close-combat moves, so if I use them, it won't be too often.

it takes a quick finger trigger to rapid succession the fire hadoken. Just as u use the hadoken, rapidly press left if ryus looking left or right if ryus looking right.

The same goes for evil ryu and chunli
