maybe you play at a s*** tier then because the laning phase is extremely active and aggressive when i've played. (some 300 games?) league and dota are super different, and while i don't like league it has it's strengths. but dota has turn speed and league doesn't so league sucks.

i dont know the meta now but all i remember during season 1 and 2 is that you constantly nuke your wave and the botlane has supports doing relatively nothing
