if a person's interested enough in the culture/language, why not learn it maybe a company he'll work in will have strong ties to japan maybe he'll live in japan someday or at least visit i mean granted if he's only learning it to watch anime that'd be dumb af but if he actually wants to get involved with the people and culture. why not learn japanese.

if you still want to play videogames, play other sandbox games other than minecraft. there's a whole bunch of them to choose from.
if you want to ascend into hobbies that are better, try reading novels and books. they're pretty cool. find a subject or two that you're interested in, and read books on it/them. expand your mind a little. find other stuff that you enjoy, start collections, take walks. i dunno.
if you want to be more involved in any online community, act more likeable. be friendly. don't act like you know everything. just chill

Not exactly. One way to learn some good editing skills is to take a nature photograph, and then play around with modifications you can do. Find ways to manipulate the image, play around a bit, too, find how some things react to each other. If you're simply using MS Paint right now, I'd suggest switching to Paint.NET. It's free, and a great program.
