There's still a few things that I haven't grasped yet, but hearing that I've improved always helps to give me confidence and study more.


I need help with the legs. I like the arms came out though.

legs generally bend at the knees and then the thighs and calves make a smaller angle

i don't really have a good example since i don't animate humans often

I figured out how I want the legs to work on that animation, but I'm not gonna get back at it yet cause it's gonna take awhile.

Now:


Gray Guy=Luke. Based on a few sprites of what luke would look like and my own anime stylings. Like how it came out.
Green Guy=Me. The outfit represents my old noob self. Well, I really couldn't come up with anything good for the torso because of the fricking face. Kinda iffy, but I'm changing the design soonish anyway.
Blue Girl=Lucina/Maya/Franzy. Wanted to combine all of her recent avis and name as one entity. Really like how it came out.

I originally was doing this just for the hell of it, but I'm actually considering making a comic about this. There's so many personalities here and I'd love to show my vision of the ones that stand out. Peeps that I want in so far:

I know that some people don't wanna be used in any sort of way. If you don't want be apart of the comic, just say so. I won't mind.

Now, one more thing. No, two more things. The first thing, all the people that I mentioned, do you mind posting here when you get the chance? If you wanna be apart of the comic, give a good description and maybe a reference. Also, describe your character as good as you can in terms of personality and looks. And you want, you can help me write the material.

The second thing is that I'm gonna need some things if I want to make this a reality. One, good backgrounds. And two, some comic pose references that can help the process go a little faster.

This seems like a really interesting project, basing a comic off of MG. Reminds me of that one Incompetence comic someone made here. Personally, Clubby's personality reflects mine (?) Not sure if that's a good thing at all, lately. I hope more people reply back, because it seems like a cool idea.

I'm gonna go with the first one. What do you want your theme to be? Kill la Kill? Spirited Away? Or something else?

I was thinking about giving you either Uzu's Three Star Goku Uniform Gold normal form since I always thought his normal attire was pimpin. Or maybe Mako's Two Star Goku Uniform since it kicks serious a**.

Also, Clubby, how do feel about being a chill guy that gets all of his confidence from his blue teddy bear?

One more thing, tell me if you want to be male or female.

My only stipulation is that I'm taller than everyone else.

Okay. There aren't that many tall people that I know, so that should fit.


The bear will be more of a symbol of your improvement over time. It'll start out as a beat up teddy bear, but you start to fix it, giving you a good hobby and useful ability: the amazing ability to sew. You start out with that bear, but then you start to sew more, including your whole attire, and people really like your design choices. And it all started with a simple bear.


Few Ideas expanding on that:
I think every character that's in the spriter guys section should have some interesting talent and backstory behind their certain talent. Steven will be a comic book expert, geno an expert cartoonist, Brik and DJ will be an expert brother toy making team, Reix will be a swordfighting expert, and Michel will be a crime expert. Oh, Detta will be a movie expert.

The funny guys will have their own brand of comedy. Pochi will be a prop comic, Cole a impersonator comic, KP a stand up comic, Madam a music comic, and Luke will be the funny stunt guy. Not sure on what brand of comedy that Luna can be a part of.

The sparing partners will be somewhat serious and posses a certain weapon. Yoh will have his alternate ego's shadow, or better yet a stand, Red will have his fists, Scott will have heavy weaponry, and Kyuubit will have a hammer.

The girls, IDK about them yet.

How does these idea sound so far?

The ideas for the most part are solid, at least for me, other participants can decide on theirs; kinda brutal on Cole, though.

Didn't actually meant it to be brutal lol. I know Cole will always be the raccoon of awesome that we all need, but I honestly don't want him to be a... mascot! O_O

EDIT:Luke's position is actually brutal now that I think about because I based it off the fact that there was a time where he was always the target of parody. Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd he ran into his bedroom door once. XD
