I'm currently working on some of Little Mac's Moves (This is part of his WalkCycle) In the Style of SSF2 But Not for SSF2 Not as an mod Not as an Expansion (Expansions are fake) I don't want to be a dev (maybe in a future 2016) damn Tupilluis XD

Couple 'o weeks ago you asked me if you could be a dev again but ok.
Snark aside, it does look nice, though the face and muscle definition could use some fine tuning.

I'm open to collabs, (you know that Little Mac is also one of my side projects XD), but please take in mind that I'm pretty busy, not only with SSF2. I'm going to start a new university course in a foreign contry and I still am trying to figure out where, how and when to go. Talking about the sprite and animation, try to keep the head between the soulders as much as you can and avoid pixel shaking. Check the face too, there's 2 frames where it changes strangely. Keet it on

I haven't worked on any PixelArt since that last Ice Climber(s) post I Didn't do any progress at all! (You know, Vacations) And I have an "List" with the next Pa's So after Ice Climbers it goes: -Solid Snake -Little Mac -Viewtiful joe (I hate Muah, This is not for him) -Shulk (I can't decide wich pose) So you must wait (50-50 Shirtless or not)

Here's what I'd do. Paint each part of your sonic the brightest colour. So solid light blue for his skin and solid white for his eyes, etc. From that, don't so much layer the other shades around it....add the other tones where light isn't hitting it. You want the first coat to be facing a light source. I do apologize, i'm on my laptop at the moment and this was the best i could do. The first ball closely resembles what you have going on with your sonic's spikes. The second ball is a much better approach. What I want you to do is imagine a light source hitting him from the upper right corner just like my example. Shade your Sonic just like that. Remember, since the light is coming from the upper right, you want the darkness to be coming from the lower left. Also any part that isn't getting any light, don't give it any of your brightest blue. The less colours you have in each section, the neater it'll be. Also with eyeballs, keep it VERY simple. Keep them the same lighting throughout them. Perhaps keep it to 2 shades if you can. Avoid pillowshading.

The technique Blinsey is showcasing is called anti-aliasing and it's what I would suggest as well.
Plus, I always use the darkest shade (next to the outline) to add detailing myself. For Sonic for example, you could use the darkest shade to make the lines above his eyes rather than use it as an actual shade.
