now... i'm not sure if someone suggested this before, but why don't you stick an advertsiment at the bottom of your forum like x2i or i did with ours?? i am SURE it will boost your income, seeing as how many people this place gets.
You could make them simple discrete text ads, that blend in -- the views alone would make you a boatload

Actually, selling SSF2 (like for a Wii or cpu game) is illigal because that takes away nintendo's profit. In this circumstance, he is making profit for using the site, not the game.

ok... first i never said anything about putting ads in ssf2 (and that would not be illegal anyways, read up on stuff k?)
and he has ads on the main site, why not on the forums?

He doesn't mean necessarily mean YOUR ads, he just means the basic amount of money.

Sirto isn't saying to add "his ads" he is advising Cleod's own. Sirto is just trying to sway Cleod to add some, not necessarily a specific one. However, he did say he makes money off his ads, and may consider using similar or the same ones.

I shouldn't have to pay this bill in the first place, making money isn't the problem, it's my web host over charging for things I shouldn't have to pay for.
