EDIT: Oh and I just found out today that, in order to start out the game in challenge mode, you'll need to get the challenge mode's key from a different Black 2 game. Why the heck would they do that? :eew:

Guess they get more money that way.

I am PISSED. My friend borrowed my black 2 game last week, and I haven't gotten it back since.

Worse, he keeps spoiling the freaking story for me. I was close, too. I was up to the part where you have to battle Colress in the Plasma Frigate. DAMNIT!!!!

You can get easy mode in White 2 and Challenge mode in Black 2.

Well anyway, I have an awesome friend who gave me the key for challenge mode after I restarted it, so it's all good. And just so you guys know...it actually IS challenging. Not only are the trainers at higher levels, but the gym leaders have more pokemon, higher levels, and better strategies. I lost the first gym battle because of Cheren's stupid Work Up strategy. :facepalm:

I had no trouble with the second gym, but, sadly, I lost the third gym battle. :-_-:

Of course, when I rematched the gym leaders that I lost to, I had a different strategy and owned.
I'm gonna battle the fourth gym leader next (obviously). I'll probably have a full team by then (I already have my five for this playthrough). Gonna go catch a Sigilyph first.

Currently, my team is:
Lv. 32 Servine
Lv. 32 Lucario
Lv. 33 Vaporeon
Lv. 37 Growlithe (trying to get it to Lv. 39 so it can learn Crunch and then I'll evolve it)
Lv. 31 Sigilyph
Lv. 32 Ampharos
And btw: The 4th Gym wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Half my team knew Dig, and so the only real problem was that stupid Emolga.
The 5th gym was slightly harder (since I still couldn't evolve my Eevee since you can't get a water stone until you beat the 5th gym), but I won.
I'm getting ready to battle the 6th gym leader (gotta beat the gym trainers first though).

also you do know you can just evolve growlithe and then get it to relearn the moves it missed as an arcanine right

Arcananine doesn't learn the same moves as a Growlithe, thus you cannot relearn them.
