Some of those aren't filler, and the ones that are, at least they seem to be taking place during the war and not a flashback filler or something. Next weeks episode is canon.

Well I didn't meant filler as in Off-Topic episodes, I meant that they are expanding the canon more than usual just to increase the number of episodes.

Remember the Infinite Tsukuyomi dreams that only had one panel each? Seems like they will have one entire episode for each, apparently two for Tenten's, and one for a dream that wasn't even in the manga (Killer B's).

Awww s***. s***'s going down. Project Tsuki no me initiated, things seem hopeless. Everything feels way more threatening then it did in the manga. First dream filler was not bad too.

I was gonna make a topic about it, but chances are not many of you have seen it. And might as well just keep it here.

Just saw Boruto - Naruto the Movie in theaters. Holy f*** it was incredible. Seriously, I went into it expecting to like it, but it exceeded my expectations by so much. Kishimoto said "this is the pinnacle of all my creations" and I totally understand what he means. The best Naruto movie by far, and a great movie on it's own.

okay the fun stuff

The village is all modernized! Computers, TV, video games- New scientific ninja tools that let you use any jutsu just by releasing a scroll that has the jutsu sealed in it! So anyone can do any jutsu basically as long as it's stored in the scroll. Sounds cheap right? It's supposed to. It's a point in the story that Naruto forbids it from being used in the chunin exams because it defeats the purpose of the exams, and doesn't display real ability. But Boruto cheats and uses it. He gets far in the exams with it! Boruto is up against a 1 on 1 match against Shikadai, and ends up using it to win. He uses it to create many more shadow clones then he himself is actually capable of, and Naruto figures something is up. He asks his wife to use her byakugan to look at his arm, and he realizes he's cheated. After Boruto is declared the winner, Naruto jumps down into the ring and grabs his arm and says "what is this about?". It gets sad/rough. Naruto tells Rock Lee (who is the proctor this time around) to declare Shikadai the winner, and that Boruto is disqualified for cheating....he then takes it a step farther by taking off his head band and saying "you're disqualified from being a shinobi". tears all around.

Then Naruto gets kidnapped by another Otsutsuki villain.

And then Naruto and Boruto do this amazing father son massive rasengan. While it's forming, a bunch of important scenes from Naruto start flashing (Neji's death, Naruto and Sasuke clashing, etc)

In the end Naruto and Boruto have fixed their relationship, but the one Boruto really admires and wants to be like, is his teacher Sasuke!

And Mitsuki is the son of Orochimaru! Confirmed! (Most likely an experiment)
