i doubt it'll just be a flat platform the whole time, but im not really sure what stage we can compare it to. i don't think it'll be rainbow ride styled, because we already have that stage's spiritual successor with the new super mario bros/3d world scrolling stage he's shown. but then the isle delfino styled tours stage also already has a successor in skyloft, so i really dunno where he's going with this one.

But Skyloft is only in the Wii U version, right? So this is probably its 3DS equivalent. I imagine it's something like the F-Zero stages.

Delfino Plaza isn't really an auto-scrolling stage; it's just a stage that changes between a lot of different tiers.

Very excited about my favorite Mario Kart track becoming a stage.

This whole different stage per system thing is going to let Nintendo take everything I own. I just want all of this game, and I'm going to have to get both versions to get it.

Oh and I always had the idea of giving Ganondorf's current moveset to Black Shadow, then allowing Ganondorf to get a 100% unique moveset, preferably using his sword.

Black Shadow is so irrelevant nowadays. That's not gonna happen. Maybe Hades could get it since he's somewhat relevant. I'd rather Ganon keep his moveset, but if we had to bring in a new character to keep it I'd say Hades. Or Waluigi. Because the thought of Waluigi chokeslamming Megaman is amusing.

Ganon doesn't need to have his whole move-set altered or given to another character. It's really just the Flame Choke, Down-air, and Sparta Kick look-a-like Front-tilt that people want preserved. He can get a new move-set made without changing those 3 moves.

I like his forward air and that should stay.
