Yes, but you have to control it, unless you convince someone to control it for you.
Also, everyone is allowed multiple humans/masters, but only one servant, unless you have Caster.

Created an excuse for people not to argue over who gets which class. If everyone or the majority only uses the same class, I'm changing it, or if I think it's a dumb excuse since we're not really going to get 7 people.
Edit: Made a few moar rules to stay consistent with the actual Fate/ series. If it becomes too strict or ridiculous, I'll change it by request.

So the number of curcuits in your body determine if you're ready to be a magnus?

Any circuits in your body makes you able to be a magus, but the real question is, their quality. How much mana can each circuit handle?
Also, I could either throw in some paragraphs about Prana or simplify the profiles altogether.

You could just append layman's terms to a description's field.

also, what is the scale for OD and CIRCUITS? 0/40, 0/60? what is it? if we don't have a limit people could just over power themselves and say their OD is 9001.

1)OD is basically life force, an average human has about 25. But a magus also has magic circuits, an average of 20 circuits each, and each one being able to handle very little to high amounts (5-15).
Don't worry about all the numbers after you make the profile, they're basically just for measurements of power.

2)Well, I understand you'd think that since you've never seen Fate/. Those servants are classes, not just those particular heroes you've read about.

Edart: If you really can't understand even the basic concept, I recommend you just watch the first 6 episodes of the anime to understand most of it.
