actually I posted them unfinished to see the difference betwen them.

That or I forgot to hit the save button on paint and accidently upoaded the not-finshed-yet sheet instead of the new one >.>

Not even JUS in any way, except the black outline, and the hair having it's own tone as an outline.

Is this better, I tried to work out the shading some more and I tried to fix the lenght problem. What needs to be fixed now? I was thinking of making the darkest shade of the hair lighter.

To be honest, I would just scrap that. I've seen you do much, much better in ALL aspects.

Hair can do that.

JUS can do that.

The outline has to be a darker shade of any color based off where you're applying it. Black is just a standard, a common outline for most sprites in general that you find, and JUS can apply that into their style too.
