Okay thank god... the article I read last night made an error with their wording. You CAN have private friend-only matches, but you CAN'T make custom rules. No freedom of your settings does suck, but not enough to cancel a pre order. Glad I re-checked.

its likely to just have standard rules set ups like points, time, etc. people probably wanted more rules and s*** likely something close to halo or CoD level of rule making

Are the turf war colors restricted to orange and blue only?

when void and i played it at e3 it randomly selected the team colours each game, but it seemed like each colour had a pre-set 'rival colour'. like orange was always paired with blue for example. probably to just make sure it was always visually distinct and high contrast.

roller op pls nerf

Was really fun, although the same two maps got kinda old. There's a full game for that, though.

i liked how the gyro controls weren't anything too extreme i also used the splatter shot alot

the roller mainly pissed me off with how fast it covered the map and less about how easy it was to kill with

Well the roller uses up ink way quicker than the other weapons. I'm more of a Splattershot user.
I go for all the small areas people skip and then rush in to the main areas last second. I love this game to death and I've only played 2 hours of it.

did you maybe try shooting them before they hit you

you should only ever get killed by the roller if someone sneaks up on you

Yeah, the roller really doesn't do anything for attacking, it's got the small splash but it does barely anything.
I swear to god though sometimes the bombs that the Splattershot have don't kill the other players. More than once I threw at least 5 bombs at them and they didn't die.
