Again, I'll say this:

The second you can make a Mega Man freelance movie better than the guy making it, then you're allowed to complain.

Also, everybody: Stop complaining about the movie being off plot, WE KNOW ALREADY... Nobody wants to hear anybody else say "This movie sucks because" 300 times.

Just because it's not part of the main story does not mean it will suck. It's obviously inaccurate, but it's an adaptation...so that's where I let it slide. Funny part is, when the movies are true to the source, like Daredevil and the first Hulk Movie, people hate them. But the ones that are different, like Transformers, Xmen, The Mask, and basically any other superhero movie, they end up being awesome. Except the superman movies. Those are all just boring as hell. And Super Mario Bros.(obviously). Just think, I bet if it had everyting you want in a Dragon Ball movie it would be corny, very corny. Either way, it will EASILY have the best special effects of any movie in a long time. In King Piccolo saga, Piccolo blew up half the city. I think that it is looking pretty good, not very accurate to the actual story but a good movie none the less. This is what you get when it is made in America. Even then, it still looks entertaining. A movie is a movie. It doesn't matter if DragonBall or another popular series is in the title, if it's good then it's good. If not, then whatever. And for the people who call others stupid for liking what they see so far, it does not mean they have bad taste, it's called personal preferences, learn about it sometime.

Ontopic; Hey, Daredevil wasn't all that bad.
Besides, you can't do this to something like Dragonball and have it not follow the actual Plot, it just won't work that way.

The only thing that would be cheesy about following the plot exactly would be the midgets running around beating the crap out of people five times their size. And it'd STILL be awesome.

We're not talking small plot changes here, we're talking whole new plot with Goku, Roshi, Chi-Chi, Piccolo, Bulma, and the dragonballs badly pasted in.

If he doesn't ATLEAST go all monkey on their asses, I will be severely disappointed...
