The only horrible game in the series really is justice for all.

I found that game much better, while i am content with buying that game at full price, dual destines has one huge issue that ruined it for me, how easy it was, and cause of that, i couldn't be surpised at anything, all the spoilers were hinted too easy and the mood matrix was a joke and it shouldn't have been, seriously did anyone even get a single testimony wrong, i usually struggle at case 3 in most of the AA games, here i beat the whole game in 1 day non stop, i hope AA 6 is harder.

Dai Gyakuten Saiban has no plans to release in the West.
Great. Give us AA6 to try and cover up this s***. There's no reason for this.

It's AAI2 all over again, hopefully a fan translation will be made of that one too[Either that or someone teaches me japanese] how the hell does a game with sherlock not be english!

And here there's a translation of the article, explaining stuff such as who the new characters are, Phoenix's motivation/goal, AA5 dev team responding to difficulty complaints giving you the option to remove hints, characters will no longer give direct clues.

I wouldn't call the game with the best final case (and the funniest tutorial case) in the whole original trilogy "horrible".

Capcom just want your money at this point, it took them 11 years to finally made this series into a real capcom cash grab. I seriously hope this game beats all my incredible low expectations.

If they wanted to grab as much money as they could they would do a physical release.

They did though lol, just not in merica, pretty sure AA6 will be a physical release. And what other excuses would they have for what they are doing with the Attorney series atm.

I agree that it doesn't contradicts what they are doing. But it's directly contradicting what they are NOT doing.

They know already that fans invest enough time in Ace Attorney games to COMPLETELY FAN TRANSLATE ACE ATTORNEY INVESTIGATIONS 2. Therefore they know they could make a lot of money by localizing Dia Gyakuten Saiban. But they don't. That's a direct contradiction over your statement of "doing anything for money".

Then what the hell are they doing to the series, also it might be cause they only want to localize main series titles, and why they stop making megaman, mighty no 9 proved people still wanted it and would pay GOD AMOUNTS, but capcom isnt making money off of it, capcom is just strange.

Just because fans invest enough to 'COMPLETELY FAN TRANSLATE ACE ATTORNEY' doesn't mean that enough people would buy said game to break even the costs of localising it (rewriting scripts, voice acting, legal paperwork etc. etc.). The fans that translate wouldn't carry the costs nor are they representable of the people that guy the game.

100 people could fan translate a game. But if only those 100 people buy the game after Capcom'd localise it they'd lose a lot of money.
