Event 46 (Eggman Empire) has the same blastzone effect error as Battle of the 99 Heartless, but yall probably already knew that.

Also Mr. Game & Watch is like missing a lot of frames that I would expect to be there
Like the middle frame on his Up Smash where his head gets huge when you swing it
And the startup for the Dash Attack before he trips
IDK where those are or if it was intentional to leave them out
But

That would be because most of his normals in his moveset were based on melee directly. At his time of creation, it felt like the swells that were introduced in later versions of the character or generally frames that moved quickly detracted from what makes game and watch so unique, so they were removed where applicable.

It's really small and quite minor, and actually unnoticable, but there's a small line of pixels at the top of Marth's head.
It appears on the first frame when you charge F-Smash

This was fixed along with the earlier Marth issue you reported :)

Isaac can use Gaia on Randall, and when Randall goes through the stage, some parts of the stage are rendered behind Gaia.

This is known, it's an awkward side effect of the way his effects were created (was made before the effects system was fleshed out more), and it just hasn't been redone yet since it's a particularly annoying process and not as big of a deal as some other issues right now, it's on my to-do-list and will for sure be in a patch at some point.

There's also another animation where GDubb is missing a pixel on his foot, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is
