Any tips about getting your teeth out?

Well anyways i have a loose tooth well i know its kinda weird for a 15 year old to have a loose tooth well anyways this is my last baby tooth so any tips to get it out quickly? this darn tooth is bothering my sooo much! :doh:

that door trick is probably the most PAINFUL way to take a tooth. and yeah i can be a baby when it comes to these sort of things.
