Well, that relieves my main worry of "Will they have enough time?" Now the question remains as to whether or not they'll include the Red VS Gold battle at the end, or continue to keep Red the only protagonist with an official game team.

The four episodes will be found (in English) on pokemon.com/tv
The English version will come on in November while the Japanese version will come out in October.

Most likely. If they plan to add most or all events from Pokémon Red and Blue, it should be that long per episode.
