Setting up a challenge. One on one (possibly with a third person).

Will accept anyone with experience. It would be preferable if, throughout the course of the RP, feedback was given through PMs, not necessarily for every post, but for really bad things, things that would have been a huge improvement or good things

Would be nice if suggestions for a map were given as I'm not so sure what works and what doesn't

Now does anyone have any ideas for the layout because (as mentioned before) I'm new to this sort of thing so what I may consider a good thing could turn out horrible.

Layout? From what I know battles go like this, someone asks for a challenge, another accepts, they decided on rules, location, and characters they would use. Then the battle starts.

On the topic of characters I'll probably use Clear

Ok rules: No sniping, planting mines underground enough as to not be seen or using a portable turret etc. that would make surviving impossible. I'm not sure if that sort of thing is assumed but oh well. Not quite sure what else to add here

It is never impossible to survive. The only threshold is that of your own creativity in figuring a way out of a situation.

Such hampering only shows this. While all actions should be reacted to in at least a quasi-reasonable manner

It is only truly a problem when the aggressor offers no chance to react, really.

There isn't really a way of surviving some things short of being something like a hologram or shadow clone

All those would to be scripted and insta-kill

Scripted events and insta-kills dun work very well in RPs.
