Certified "what the f*** is a biological clock" individual reporting in. I've f*** with it so much, I've gotten jet lag without leaving my house.

But on a serious note, I did hear that "8th hours of sleep isn't good for you", but I thought they meant we should sleep less hours overall, not in separate blocks. Usually when I go to bed and wake up, I'm guaranteed to be unable to sleep any more for that night, even if it was only a short nap, so this kind of sleeping pattern is foreign to me. Therefor it must be bad, burn the heathens etc etc...
