This is why I think that smile icons should be only used once in a post like how the 60000 charater rule like You have 1 smiley icon left type of thing, who agrees?

... Read the whole thing, dude, he's suggesting limiting smileys to 1 per post. The line with all the smileys was an example of what it would stop, although badly seperated from the rest of the idea.

As for the idea itself, it's not terrible, but I think the character limit is hard-coded into the forum, while the smiley limit would have to be written in manually.

Besides, if they bug you, you can do what I did and turn them off in your control panel.

I think we should modify the rule to be "no consecutive smileys" and a smiley every however many characters.
