Rana stood awkwardly as Tania hugged him, but after a moment he relaxed and hugged her back. "Tania." He whispered into her ear. His voice was soft, and strange. It was young, as he was, but far too experienced for his years. It was confused, and it was tired, and it was caring. "Tania, what is it?" Rana squeezed her softly. The corner of his lip quivered; from his twitching or if he was simply smiling he wasn't sure.

Barbas sat up in slight worry, he feared he didn't have his bow and arrows on him. As he sat up to await the man, he saw his bow and a small stack of arrows (10) sitting in the corner. The Cleric must have grabbed his bow and most of the arrows when he picked up Barbas. How he knew they were Barbas' wee beyond him. As he got up from the bed, he felt the cold air hit his chest, then realized he had taken off his shirt to use as a pillow. His shirt must have burned in the fire, if not, it was still long gone from him now. He sat down once more, the archer was unable to make up his mind on what to do. It wasn't as if he could go anywhere, not now at least.
Charisma sighed, she didn't want to speak out, J was being kind enough to get them to a village. She was going to ask how long until they actually reached the village, but feared the man could snap over the slightest things. She shrugged it off and just continued to follow along silently.

Tania knew that her abrupt hug was probably something a lady would never do but she didn't care, something that a younger Tania would have gasped about. It was official, Tania had truly and fully fallen in love with Rana, though she knew that she lacked the guts to admit such a thing to the man, especially in public. "It's nothing" she said softly with a slight smile, as she pulled out from the hug. "Erm...anyways....yes...I'd love for you to teach me to conjure magic once I find that apprentice crown" she said cheerily, her cheeks had the rosy shade of a faint blush.

Leon Violet and Lex headed east until they found a less steep cliff heading into the plains, one that could actually be climbed down safely. Though if one were to fall, they'd be killed.
"Hey, Lex, where we heading anyway?" He asked as if the aimless wander knew where he was going.
----------------------
Tekun stood there watching the two discuss, as they held each other in both their arms. He closed his eyes, sighing slightly. Though he wanted to head back in, he wanted to stick around yet.

Violet looked down the cliff edge and slung her lute so that it hung on her back. "Hmm...doesn't look as fun as the other cliff but oh well" she shrugged. She then took out her lute again "Might as well climb down the cliff with a bit of a buff" she said. She quickly strummed the lute and played the song for morale, which empowered the group for their treacherous climb down the cliff. Violet secured her lute and checked to see if the violet still hung in her hair she then looked for an outcrop and began to climb down the cliff towards the outcrop.

OOC: lol I see you dislike using commas, eh?
Lex was lost in thought as he began shuffled down the slope. The image of the crow burned in his eyes, a searing reminder of his morbid duty. Why the sage had chosen this moment was beyond him, however what is to be done must be done, whether it be by force or persuasion. He could vouch that the caster had been wise to lay his trust in him, even if it had contradicted his set of morals to accept so easily. The payoff would be far greater than he could imagine, but at what price would his riches come? The death of his closest companion and the lighthearted beauty before him? He pushed the thought away.
"Almost there, beyond this next hill." He said with a newly donned grin.

Zesper __________________________________________________________________________________ As Zesper opened the door leading out, he was met by a blast of frigid air that stung his cheeks. It was much colder outside then it was in the comfy inn. A little ways off, he spied Tekun and his followers standing around, two of them seemed to be in a embrace. Gently closing the door behind him, Zesper slowly strode over to them, his boots making imprints in the dewy grass. About 5 yards away from them, Zesper suddenly stopped. Zesper realized that he hadn't given much thought to the fact that Tekun still might be mad at him for the causality he indirectly caused yesterday, and might not accept him into the group. For a split second, a look of concern crossed Zesper's face, but was quickly replaced by the usual stern gaze and emotionless face. He figured that if he was going to try to travel with the group, he would have to prove himself a valuable asset, and look and act as much like a veteran mercenary as possible. "No more lying around and not lending a hand to help..." He thought sternly to himself "It's nigh time I got back to doing my job... Working with the Black Horizon has made me forgotten what it means to be a wandering Mercenary..." Zesper stood there with folded arms, waiting for one of them to notice him.
Fifel ________________________________________________________________________________ The forest was a dark maze of tangled trees, their branches creating a lush veil that blocked out any potential sunlight as a lone traveler trudged along a well-traveled dirt path, stopping occasionally to stare up into the leafy ceiling in awe. Fifel had been wandering the forest for days now, and was now officially lost. About a month ago, he had met a man, who knew a man, who had a brother that claimed that he had seen the man Fifel was searching for, travel through these parts not too long ago. But his eagerness had gotten the better of him in this situation, and had ignored that fact that it was highly likely the man that the report had come from, was unreliable. But Fifel was so hopeful at the time, that he ignored any common sense and dashed headlong into the forest. Now as he walked down the dark path, he cursed himself for not buying a map or any food, tired of guessing which berries and mushrooms were safe to eat, and which were not. He was positive that he was walking in circles, and sure enough, a bush shaped like a fist came into his view for the fifth time now. Getting quite annoyed now, Fifel punched at the nearest tree trunk, only to miss it completely in the darkness and instead have his bare arm go right into a thorny bush. Fifel hopped around in pain for quite some time, yelling made-up curses, and moaning in pain. After he finally settled down, he started back on the trail again. After a few hours of randomly chosen paths, he came to one that was fairly bigger and more well traveled then the others, and if he squinted real hard, he could see light at the end of it where the treetops thinned and gave way to the sky. He was about to run towards it in glee, when he realized that he wasn't the only one using the path. A group of silhouettes against the bright light made their way towards the fighter at a slow, but steady pace. There was no way of telling yet if they were hostile or not. Fifel's hunger had sharpened his senses and his instincts told him to hide and wait for him to get a good look at them. He was in no mood to get into a quarrel anyways, so Fifel gladly obeyed his instincts and scrambled up the nearest tree, and crouched, perched on top a long, sturdy branch that overlooked the path below. Fifel was quietly congratulating himself for (in his mind) the best hiding place in the world, when he looked down and realized that his scarf-tail was hanging out below him in plain sight for anyone to see, and tug at. He smacked his forehead with the palm of his hand, and immediately switched from praising himself to quietly cursing himself out loud. Fifel knew that even if he did pull it up, it would look even more suspicious and could give him away.

Nechis scoffed, noting that the cavalier had kept the book he had received. He chuckled at the thought of the armored man reading romance novels in bed. He thought better of sharing this humorous scene, however. Dismissing it, he realized that the door had been swung open, causing an icy draft to flow into the lobby. The caped man had departed, shutting the door behind him. The temperature difference was far less than favorable, but the bandit decided to follow. Carefully pulling the door open, he braced himself for another gust, and with no haste slipped through over the threshold. The former thief took a quick scan of his surroundings, seeing none of the "Murder!" that had been called. Disappointment welled up inside of him, but it would still benefit him to discover what had happened here. He trudged his way through slowly, being sure not to fall, for it was uncertain if he could pull himself up again. It was his decision to leave his temporary companion behind, as it did not seem that he would make a move anytime soon. Nechis projected his voice the rest of the distance, giving out a loud "What's going on?". This question seemed to cover most of the things that he had missed.

Rana nodded. He wouldn't press Tania, he decided. She seemed so fragile after her return... He feared for her. The resurrection had done something strange. He had been right about it being too simple. "Tania, if such a thing exists then you would never find it. If you were meant for magic... You were meant for magic." He tried to smile. He still felt awkward and pained around other people, and he doubted it would ever change.

OoC: TIME WARP! So the battle with Alice and the lizard thing never happened? Gimme a recap here D: Edit: s***, I read it. That was a lame excuse for a revival :<, gsh, and I missed it too, with my two 3-day bans and all..
Alice's calm..-ish demeanor allowed her to quickly accept that Charisma was revived, though no words could come to mind, especially when the man eliciting hatred from her was leading the way. She merely swallowed it in and hoped for the best. Throughout the walk, Alice constantly peered at the corner of her eyes to check on Julius's bitten shoulder, and his walking pattern, and occasionally Charisma, since they both just went through fatal injuries.

OOC: Not if the time warp has Mr. Clean in it.
The group's journey was nearly at its end. Lex puffed out a sigh and climbed a small hill, disappearing over the ridge. His voice could be heard as the other two hastily followed after him.
"Not long, now!" The words caught in a sudden light wind and trailed off. The sky grew ominously darker; clouds blocked every ray of light, a testament to the power of the gods' will. The wind picked up a tad more, slicing through the travelers like a frozen knife. Violet's thin clothing gave barely any protection from the gusts, however small or large.

J finally emerged through the forest, successfully bringing the group out safe and sound. There up ahead was the village which he was heading too. Julius had stayed at Charisma's side the whole time, paranoid about what may occur. He let out a sigh of relief when they emerged. They would finally be safe. ----------------
Eton sat besides Serene, a full hour had passed. He waited paitently, afraid to move Serene. He wanted her to be awake before he did anything. He looked over at windy, the pegasus that had brought him here. "I'm sorry I brought you into this, but it was needed. We'll head back when she awake, ok girl?"
---------- Tekun sat there on a rock watching Tania and Rana go over the basics of magic, he was picking up on a thing here and there, perhaps he'd try and pick up on magic, it could be handy. No, he thought. I'll just stick to the sword. A swordsman, through and through.
