You don't really need a section mod if that's what the suggestion is
mafia games don't tend to require mg mod interaction, and I don't think there would ever be enough mod-exclusive activity required to warrant a mod specifically for this section
just decide someone to give the OPs of the topics in this section to who's able to keep them updated and you'll be fine

Yeah. Things to be done in this section:Change the OP of Introduction to Mafia and the Stats/Awards to someone else in order to keep it up. Organized queue section for prospective moderators to prevent rushing. Reviewers for every mafia game to prevent imbalance. Committee could work. Arrangement of mafia games after they are finished. Changing of rules/appointment of rules/stickying of threads. Possible modding guide/advanced guide to mafia? To be honest, appointing a section mod may not be a bad idea. The section mod could take care of these things and possibly more if need be.
