THE ULTIMATE CROSS-OVER ARRIVES THIS FALL I haven't finished the first one yet...I'm super mega rrrrrready for it. Vergil hype. Shinobi hype. Reiji and Xiaomu are back, I wish I knew more about their stories though. I feel like we'll get a Xenoblade character in it. _________________

I was wondering if people could rip that. Now I have my answer.
I'm hoping SEGA don't plan on adding Sonic.... Now that I think about it, I wouldn't mind.

Don't quote me on this, but I think I read somewhere a while ago that 5 sega characters were cut from the first game before the concept stage.
Sonic & Shadow and Beat & Gum were team units, and an un-decided Crazy Taxi rep as a solo support unit, they could't agree on which character to use.

I think I saw something like that too...
It seems like characters from the same franchise will be paired up together this time ex: Dante & Vergil and some characters have been replaced by others in pairings.
I can't see:
Black Rose (.hack)
Estelle S. Heurassein (Tales of Vesperia)
Ling Xiaoyu (Tekken)
Dimitri Maximoff (he'll probably be on his own pairing (Darkstalker))
Pai Chan (Virtua Fighter)
Gemini Sunrise and Sakura Shinguji (Sakura Wars)
And they'll probably change the Valkyria Chronicles protagonist. I don't really know this serie out of PxZ so Scott would be the best to answer which characters would have better chance

I knew the gameplay was repetitive yet there was never a point where I didn't had any fun playing the game.
Well I'm the kind of guy that didn't complain about the repetitive last 2-3 chapter of Bravely default

I'm the same way with the game actually. It's beyond repetitive but because it's a bunch of lovable characters I can't help but enjoy it.

honestly most of the time i shut my 3DS was when i finished a chapter
it felt kinda satisfying to finish one, but then the next one started. when i saw how many enemies there were, i just said "i'm done"

That's exactly how I play. I start a chapter and when I finish it I arrange everything for the next one and stop playing. It's one of the few games I have I really don't want to finish quickly. I'm taking all my time to savour it. I might just finish it and restart everything because I won't be able to wait for the second and speaking of "second", release date please Square?_________________

I'm assuming that vergil is from the past or nothing would make sense.
I'm hoping they didn't cut Zephyr, Vashyron and Leanne because I really like that trio. The first game had 20 pairs so we may have 20 for this one too and already 10 are confirmed. Also, we need Wesker now.
