It looks fine to me.

Look at this
 This balloon's shading is circular, around the balloon. Your shading dips down at one point. ^_^ I'd attempt a re shade but I'm not home atm. |

That doesn't look in any way circular, and plus, the light is coming from the bottom left.

the shading on the balloon would be hard to sprite and looks pretty weird, to me. Plus, that has multiple light sources. Mine has one.
