Replace Purple Torpedo with Waluigi Launcher, but have Waluigi grab his feet and throw himself, and make it cause WWW% damage.

Also make it knock characters out of the game entirely and make his current Down-B Piranha Plant a fully playable NPC ally for the duration of the match.

(I love how his plant's an assistant and he's playable this time to reverse the roles in the official games)

When Waluigi is in the battle, remove all colors and outline all characters, items and stage with a purple color.
Like in the WiTF comics:

Make the Piranha Plant playable by using a second controller

Add Psycho Iris to Waluigi's moveset.

I would actually love Psycho Iris as a Grab or a reflector/command grab Side-B ala Dedede Inhale.

Make Piranha Plant playable and give him Rejection powers.

Kirby should be able to eat a stage.

Make beating Waluigi's unlock battle unlock Piranha Plant instead.

change Waluigi's onscreen appearance into him jumping (or breaking) out of an assist trophy instead of a pipe
edit: also give him a fourth taunt where he just yells "CHEATER" and make it spammable as hell

Have Waluigi in the game, but make him impossible for us to unlock, only showing up as CPU controlled opponents and accessible to devs only.

Make CPU Waluigi cheat by doing stuff human players can't do without modding the game themselves.

eg cpu wah can infinite jump, fsmash has a chance of ohko, random final smash etc etc etc
