I'm currently enrolled in college, and I was wondering what everyone's plans for college are. If you aren't in college yet, what do you think you're going to do? If you are in college or were in college, what are you studying or what did you study?
I'm currently on track for an undecided engineering major.

i plan on studying graphic design as a major, but i'm also interested in pc tech, and programming.

I'll just go with the flow for now to see how it all plays out.

I go to college after this upcoming school year. I plan to major in graphic design and maybe minor in Psychology.

Yeah, that's pretty chill. Honestly, I don't know if I'll stay in engineering. I'll figure something out. Just kinda go with the flow

I currently go to college, and I'm doing Computer Science

Going to college for nursing. I'll be graduaing in December of 2014.

I still have a year to go before applying for college, but I'm definitely doing something related to English and/or Math.

Haven't decided whether I'll go yet. If I do, I'll be majoring in Arts and History.

Majoring in law with a concentration in diplomacy~

Starting this coming semester at my local community college for programming. Graduated third in my class, so I'm essentially going for free with all the scholarships.

I believe I've mentioned that I want to get into game design (programming side, rather than art), but I'm really not sure what my uni can do for me there.

Here's a good tip, don't touch any course called game design. I've heard quite a bit that in the United States, and actually just North America in general, that many unis are beginning to offer courses in game design and even some very reputable people(clods) are starting to open universities specifically made to teach students(clods) who aspire to get into the video game business. It's garbage, all of it. Take a course that has real world value but can still be projected onto whatever your passion happens to be. Comp Sci, Software Engineering, or what have you.


Also, finished uni, certified engineer with a double/secondary/dual, whatever you may call it, major in mathematics.

Yeah, I hear you. Mine doesn't offer much that relates to games directly but that's fine. Whatever I end up doing, I already know it will be something with multiple uses (likely software engineering. My father's a software engineer, so if games ever didn't work out it would be unbelievably easy to get a job in that field)
