Wouldn't doubt it. I'm not even a fan of Pokemon, but I really want to see what other pokemon are gonna be playable in game. Especially if it's a newcomer, Though I wouldn't mind a comeback from Mewtwo.

I'm going to ask this why is everybody favoring Mewtwo over Lucario?
I love both of them, but Mewtwo is a part of my childhood and I remember when I was young going to see Pokemon the first movie and had dreams about that movie ever since so I guess Mewtwo wins this.
If you have a story about why you favor a certain character or pokemon in SSB4 share it.

nothing too interesting
but Mewtwo oh god it's a f*** better E.T. version with psychic powers and purple void effects and slightly looks like freezer

Mewtwo is just the best pokemon. Catching him in Red/Blue was so f*** cool it was like you've literally mastered the universe. Maybe it was just because I was younger or because there were less legendaries or something but no other legendary catch ever made me feel as harass as mewtwo's. And there was the movie about him which was awesome and everything... He'll always be the ultimate cool pokemon in my mind.

While that makes sense, I do think that Pokemon Trainer would likely be the rep to show for pokemon.
I really don't think they'll show anyone like Mewtwo just yet, not saying I wouldn't love if it was him, trainer just seems like the safer prediction to announce on Friday.
