The hunter locked his turquise eyes at his insensible enemy. With hands as quick as lightining, he obtained a silver arrow from the quilt on his green coat. With the stealth of a snake, he laid his arrow on his bow, and shot towars his enemy.
The silver arrow bounced off the brown monster. A man with a red cap jumped from a green pipe, and onto the monster. The prey vanished into smoke.
"Who are you?" asked the newcomer.
"I do not know. I ended up here," replied the hunter.
"Hey, what's up, Mario? Who's this green guy?" asked a blue animal.
The person called Mario replied by saying he had no clue. The blue animal rushed off in sonic speed towards a small flying turtle that was looking forward to bite the newcomer. The hunter decided to call the animal Sonic, because of his super speed.
"Is your name Sonic?" asked the hunter.
"Yes, and welcome to Mushroom Kingdom, home of this man you see in front of you, Mario. Mario, are you looking for Peach again? That's all you have! Look at my adventures, a robot who looks like me, a big bad Time Eater, dozens of diffrent robots and a mad scientist," yelled Sonic.
"Yeah, but I don't fall through solid platforms like you do" laughed Mario.
The green man thought them to be friendly rivals. He then interrupted, "Hey Mario and Sonic! I remember something!"
"What do you remember?" asked a mysterious voice. Link searched the place, but he could see no one besides Sonic, Mario, a few monsters and himself. Suddenly, another black animal resembling Sonic appeared, then disappeared again. The hunter asked, "Do you even fight ninjas?"
"No we don't, that's my friend Shadow. Hey Shadow, we got a newcomer here! Eggbowser needs to wait for some time for his bashing!" cried Sonic.
"I remember one name: Ganondorf. Who is Eggbowser, by the way?"
The hunter's memories came rushing back to him. He could see an orange haired man fighting with another blue coated man. Another memory came back to him. He was taking out a sword, and the blue coated man transformed into a fascinating princess.
Mario suddenly shouted and the hunter lost everything again. "Eggbowser is two people, one mad scientist which Sonic told you named Eggman or Robotnik and my enemy, an enlarged turtle with spikes on his shell called Bowser. They both have teamed up and are planning to destroy the world..."
"Along with Chaos, Neo Metal Sonic, Petey Piranha and dozens of other robots and monsters" finished a larger version of Mario. This person wore a green cap and looked exactly like Mario excepting the green color.
"LUIGI! Come on, let's go! We'll discuss this later. First we need to reach Knuckles and get the Chaos Emeralds. Hey Shadow, want a race?" smiled Sonic.
"You bet I do, Sonic. But what about these three?" grinned Shadow.
"Don't worry Hedgehogs, We got four pairs of Clyde Shoes!" shouted Luigi.
"Clyde Shoes? Weren't they the stuff that got rejected from SSF2?" asked Mario while wearing his shoes.
"Yeah, but they aren't out of this universe, right?" said Sonic, and sped off with Shadow dashing after him. The hunter wore his shoes, and along with the other two, raced off in the direction of Sonic and Shadow.
