So far, it has been Gintama.

I mean, it's able to keep its comedy charm when the story's plot gets darker, which is why I enjoy it.
For a summary, it's basically in a time era of Samurai. But aliens called the Amanto invade and take over.
They created an act that banned Samurai's from their swords and more or less, they eventually died out.
However, there is one who keeps on to his blade, even if it's wooden. And, he happens to be the main character of the story.
His name is Gintoki. Now, being a warrior before the take over, he soon realized that it's useless to try and get them out of their homeland.

He would rather just live in peace.

However, the comedy parts along the way come from the rest of the cast when they interact.
For example, Shinpachi and Kagura were fighting over the fan, being a hot day. They break it over the fight.
And they send Gintoki to get another one.

Kinda hard for me to explain. This show has comedy coming from all corners.
Although, many would perfer the manga because it actually follows the events of when they happend.

I'd say Black Cat, but I didn't finish that one, so...

Either Death Note or Kodomo no Jikan, if you don't count KNJ as hentai.

Of which you shouldn't, 'cuz hentai is sex, and it has only semi-quick nudity scenes, and it don't even show nipples.
