Personally, seeing as we already have multiple anime IPs in this, how about JoJo? I propose Jotaro Kujo and/or young Joseph Joestar.

Although it may seem odd, I think that the Master Chief should be added into SSF2 at some point. Hear me out: in a Twitter post made by Nintendo, they asked the community who should be later added into Smash. The official Halo twitter account responded with a picture of Halo Infinite's version of the Chief. Since Microsoft and Nintendo are partnering up for several things, including Minecraft cross-platform gameplay, I figured: Why not include him in Smash? Below I have compiled a list of his moves and a link to an example sprite (it's not my own):

Also, I know the developers said no more anime characters, but I can't help to just say can we at least get Meliodas, the Dragon Sin of Wrath or Gotenks, the Grim Reaper of Justice in for SSF2?
