Can I ask though; why do you still play Brawl ?

I'm a terrifyingly bad plebian scrub who has siblings who enjoy the game, that, and it's the only Smash Bros game I own, I've been lucky enough to play the original SSB, though, and I enjoy it a lot.


As for the online bit, I dunno, one day I felt like seeing if it was as bad as I remembered, and then a friend asked if I wanted to play online with them, it was fun.

I try to go online regularly but all i do is muck around on basic brawl. Ever since my friend got a wiiU he hasnt played since it doesnt support gc controllers. So basically im out of people to play

i still play brawl occasionally, but asking why people "still play Brawl" is kind of a stupid question.
it's the latest entry in the series. it's not OMGNEW, but it's still the newest.
some people prefer it over melee, such as myself. i enjoy playing as my ikez and my pitz and my zero suit samusz.

well its not like there is a better one which supports online play if you have no friends

Both of the other smash games can be played online with more stability than brawl

really? whenever i try on emulation its waaaay too laggy

I didn't know there were computers still around that couldn't emulate smash 64

... guess mine must be a little outdated

edit: infact i get bad lag even with ssf2

i play brawl because all my local friends all play brawl and i came to like the feel of how the game worked

even despite all its competitive faults i have quite a lot of fun with it, and i'm still learning more and more techs that the game has.

and i play it because i can play online without having to get controller to pc adaptors and a new computer

well is anybody free to play?

i can normally only play around 3-5 pm est on weekdays, and at random various times on weekends.
