It's rather good, however the sprites for Crystarium (the ones with the blue background) are stylized a bit wrong. Smaller feet usually look better with bigger (exaggerated) upper bodies. It can really be a great (and hilarious) caricature/anatomy to sprite with if you can learn it well, and I think you have the potentional to do so.

It also appears that the sprites are horribly pillow shaded (the first one). It might be that you actually need to look for some tutorials on shading because it's hindering your progress.

Well for the legs and the Gummy bear, i understand what you mean but for the Yellow dude sprite, it isn't pillow shaded horribly. actually, i used Sol Badguy as a reference for the yellow dude. The legs i did were just whipped up quickly but the shading for the top is ok as is. May need a lil shading from the left but its ok in my opinion

You can correct me if im wrong

Edit:heres some of what i did in the present/past so please critique on this aswell if you can.
My Shadings not at my best but im still trying

Kinda transitioned to getting some progress done on fighting game sprites so ill start first with the head:

This is a head i sprited on from a oil color drawing of mines. I've been adapting to the use of oil colors in most of my drawings so i decided to transition them to pixel spriting aswell.

Critique or Comments on it please?

I like your burger dude palette.

You'd benefit a lot from some figure drawing books, try having a look at your library.
