"Surely not. Thou art, I mean, you are not my ally." Daryl replied, realizing that his way of speaking was growing on him. "However, I have not considered you an enemy yet." The rider continued. It was a lie, really. His palm had begun to sweat as he tightened his grip on the axe handle. If the man was to make a sudden attack, he had to be ready. Extending his arm behind his back, he began to make signals towards his wyvern, hoping that it would follow his counter-plan should such a thing occur.

The two figures seemed to be discussing something, but the blowing wind and snow made it impossible to hear anything. He felt that he had to save the lone figure from that dragon. But he knew that he himself would only last a matter a seconds before it tore him apart. He had to think fast. All he had on him was a bronze harmonica, a deck of cards, and a steel sword. None of which would manage to pierce the dragon's hide. And the rider was another thing. He must think fast. If only he knew how much time he had.

"Yea... though this is true, I have quite the distinct feeling that thou art not evil." Centro replies. "How about a friendly duel? Dost that suit thee?"

From the mountain top Kawl spotted the two figures far below discussing, with him a wyvern, a distant cousin of his kind. Not quite as intelligent, but definently no where near as powerful. With that he took a leap down from where he was from and did not transform. That would be for another time. With that he fell and landed not too far away from where the two were conversing. A dramatic entrance. Suitable for Kawl.

Centro draws his blade. "Alas... I must battle the terrible beast Scylla. This should not be a battle to the death."

Kawl began to approach and crossed his arms.

"So you intend to fight that beast." Kawl said grinning widly. "Interesting. You may need a bigger sword though." He jested. "Tell me. You really expect to win."

"Yea, though the blade may be small, imbued it is with the waters of the river styx, leaving its steel unrendable." Replies Centro. "May I ask thy name, kind sir?"

"Interesting, unrenderable steel." Kawl said looking at stroking his chin. "Actually. No. It's not that impressive. Just a fresh steel blade. Nothing special there." Kawl chuckled. and then blinked. "Oh...my name's not important at all. It wouldn't matter in about an hour or so if you knew or not."

The man had drawn his blade. It was now or never. He dashed out from his hiding place and drew his blade in anticipation. He stopped in between the two figures. The wyvern's breath smelled of rotting flesh. "Don't even think about it." He yelled at the two of them. Then he saw the third figure. Now it seemed like at uneven battle. "I will fight with you, valient rider" Johnny said to the wyvern rider.

Kawl looked at the man who rushed out of his hiding spot with a blade in hand.

"You there, the one with the sword." Kawl chuckled making a gesture with his neck and head that showed how c*** and arrogent he was. "You seem ready to fight. Perhaps ready to die as well?"

"Thou art very confident" Centro replies holding his blade in defensive position. "Yea verily! Let us do battle!"

"You too. With that flimsy blade of yours?" Kawl said looking at him puzzled. "Hm..you don't do much and you barely speak. Very well. Come at me then. I'll see how long it takes you to die. The record is thirty minutes. Care to beat it?"

Kawl wouldn't shift yet, he wanted to test this man. It had been a while since he killed. He would enjoy this.

"I think i'll just use my hands."

"The battle slash I used to slay the cannibal Laestrygones! Shall pierce thy flesh!" Centro shouts dashing forward with his blade. "Cannibal killer!!"

Kawl laughed and just stood stil las he charged.

"Cannibal Killer" He laughed. "Ohhh..i'll show you canniblism. Rest assured. I'll remember not to kill you immedietly." He said holding his ribs still laughing.
